Dawn's professional journey encompasses a successful tenure as a small business owner spanning 15 years, demonstrating her acumen in entrepreneurship and management. Furthermore, her impactful contributions to education are evident through her service on the school board for two terms, from 2010 to 2018, during which she held the esteemed position of President for five years. Currently, Dawn continues to serve the community through her involvement with the Judy Center and Cecil County Public Schools (CCPS), focusing on early childhood development and family support.

 

Driven by a vision to foster positive change, Dawn's candidacy is rooted in principles of fiscal responsibility and accountable governance. She advocates for conservative spending practices that prioritize the needs of the county while ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
